RAN Biotechnologies’ materials are being used on Earth & beyond!
As part of NSF-funded investigations where the unique space environment is applied to microfluidics in order to answer decades old scientific questions and to pave a path for improved vaccine and pharmaceutical manufacturing, early 2023 RAN Biotechnologies’ proprietary functionalized surfactants were sent out to the International Space Station on SpaceX’s 25th Commercial Resupply Services (CRS) mission and were successfully applied to studies investigating foams and emulsions. Congratulations to RAN Biotech’s team!
